Aspen police made the following arrests from Feb. 5 through Thursday. The arrests do not reflect an indictment or disposition in any of the cases.

Feb. 5 — Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in a local residence. Aspen resident Hernan Concepcion-Deida, 23, was arrested, transported to Pitkin County Jail and charged with third-degree assault.

Friday — Police officers stopped Karen Sahr, 57, of Aspen, after witnessing her driving. Sahr was arrested, transported to Pitkin County Jail and charged with driving with a restrained license (restrained on a DUI).

Saturday — Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. Mayra Prada-Castro was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail, where she was charged with physical harassment, domestic violence and violation of a protection order.

Tuesday — Police arrested Basalt resident Brooke Haring, 32, on suspicion of felony theft and failure to appear on a warrant from Pitkin County. The alleged theft happened Jan. 21 from a local store.
