Plenty of fiber?

Dear Editor:Just couple of comments on The Aspen Times’ Nov. 30 article “Cash in Cashmere.”First you hint that us regular folks probably don’t stand a chance of getting a seat in your new establishment to pay $275 for dinner, and then you say “we want to be understated and let people experience the restaurant for themselves.”You also compare your food to cashmere: “When you touch it, my God, you know right away.”Does this mean that the food at Explore should feel and taste like books?Don DixonAspen
