Plenty of deed restrictions

Dear Editor:

For anyone attending the recent county public meeting on the growth of Pitkin County, they would be aware that nearly one-third of all residential units in Pitkin County are deed-restricted units. Probably the only place it would be higher would be base military housing.

Does anyone know of another community where it is as high? Is not this social engineering?
