Please return camera

Dear Editor:

To the person who took my phone (Blackberry) and camera from the pocket of my coat at The Regal on Friday night (Jan. 29), I beg of you to please return them to The Regal or the newspaper – no questions asked.

I volunteer with Challenge Aspen and was there, after the X Games, with a group of young military veterans (20’s young!). Some of them are on their first venture out of Walter Reed Hospital in D.C. after having made one or more tours of duty and been injured and going through rehab.

There are pictures on my camera that they were counting on me to send from their visit to Aspen/Snowmass. They were as disappointed as I was to find my camera and phone missing. Is this what you want them to think of us? Is this how you want to treat people? I beg of you, if you have any compassion at all – please return the items.

Allison Levy
