Please put up a monk

Dear Editor:

The Roaring Fork Friends of Tibet would like to announce the upcoming visit of the Gaden Shartse Monks Sacred Earth and Healing Arts Tour. They will be here from July 26 to Aug. 1 creating a large Sand Mandala in downtown Aspen as well as public and private performances, blessing ceremonies and healing sessions.

The monks still need a place to stay in town during their visit and would gladly trade blessings for lodging for the 10 members of their party. The monks would be honored to stay in your home. They require very little in the way of creature comforts. House blessings remove all obstacles to health, wealth and happiness for the owner. Anecdotal reports we have received from these blessings have been very positive. There is also a need for some volunteers to help out at some of the events.

Please contact Yva-Marie at 970-401-3233 or Thank you so much and have a great rest of your day.
