Picking on the little gal

Dear Editor:

Regarding “Midvalley trail dispute appears headed to trial” (Nov. 7, 2011, The Aspen Times).

My dictionary defines a bully as “a blustering browbeating fellow; esp. one habitually cruel to others weaker than himself.” I don’t mean to imply Ginny Parker is weak but it does appear that Mr. Waldeck has a great deal more money than Ms. Parker and he is willing to use it to get what he wants no matter what it costs – even if it means taking someone else’s property.

Where is the fairness here? I hope someone who is as outraged as I am will start a fund to help Ginny Parker with her legal fees.
