Residents on the 400 and 500 blocks of West Hopkins Avenue came to the aid of a Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus that hit a snowbank while trying to negotiate a turn on the neighborhood street early Tuesday evening. The bus, which didn't have any passengers on board, eventually got out of the jam.
