Jamin Heady-Smith, chairman of the Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers board of directors, presents the Pulaski Award for 2013 to Susan Cross, of Snowmass Village, at the nonprofit's awards ceremony, which was held in October. The Pulaski Award goes to the volunteer who has completed the most projects during the season. The nonprofit also named Cross its Volunteer of the Year for 2013.
