Pepper bows out

I’d like to thank the people who supported me and my stand on the issues in the last election. It’s never easy to vote for a platform that is out of the mainstream.

Although the papers noted that I was the best dressed and the most humorous candidate, my stand on the issues was out of my love for our community. I hope to continue asking questions of our elected officials and our citizens that will create dialogue and good honest solutions.

On June 3, I will be voting for Tony Hershey. He has done a commendable job and I believe he will just get better.

Once again, thanks to all of my supporters – we did a good job … things are happening.
