Paul Norman Lovell

Paul Norman Lovell, 57, of Snowmass, passed away June 7, 2010.

Paul was born in Park Ridge, Ill. on May 29, 1953, to Dr. Paul Norman Lovell and Eunice Schaelford Lovell. He had lived in the Aspen-Snowmass area since 1971, working as a chef.

Paul loved the mountains, along with skiing, working at Toro Restaurant, Mine Company and the nursing home for many years. Paul loved his dogs, Whitney and George, and anything with animals. Paul was also very proud this year to have skied 1 million vertical feet. Paul was much loved by his friends and family. He will be missed.

Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Eunice. He is survived by his father Paul; stepmother Anita; sister Mary Lovell Green and brother-in-law Dan Green; stepbrother Neal Frankel and stepsister Rhonda Kelly.

There will be a celebration of life for friends and family on Sunday, June 13, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at Aspen Mountain.

The family requests that memorials be made to ASPCA or any animal rescue.
