Passing leaves a void

Dear Editor:

Charles Wyly was indeed a gracious man who loved and cared so much for others. I was on the staff of his brother, Sam Wyly, at University Computing Co. in the early 1970s and got to know him quite well. My wife, Lucy, became involved in the theater when she met Charles and Dee at the Dallas Theater Center those many years ago.

I cannot express the pain I felt to learn of his death. My heart and prayers go out to his family and especially to my long-ago dear friend, Sam. I truly know how close they were in everything.

The world will not be the same without Charles.
