Parents say thanks
Dear Editor:
As the school year comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the Aspen School District for another wonderful school year. Our third-, sixth- and seventh-grade sons had the opportunity to perform in plays in front of hundreds of people and learn skills that will allow them to survive in the wilderness. The boys’ outdoor education experiences will remain a highlight of the year, in addition to creating lifelong memories.
Thank you to all the classroom teachers, specials teachers, administrators and support staff for the nurturing and encouragement you provided on a daily basis. While the names of the people responsible for our sons’ positive educational experience are too long to list, please know we appreciate your hard work and devotion to our children.
