GOLDEN, Colo. ” Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is set to visit Colorado on Monday, her second visit to the state this month.

John McCain’s campaign originally planned for the Alaska governor to attend a pancake breakfast at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden in an event that would accommodate 2,000 people.

The campaign said Friday that due to demand, the breakfast will be replaced with a rally that can accommodate 5,000 people. The event is free and doors will open at 7 a.m.

McCain’s campaign said tickets for the rally were gone within eight hours.

Barack Obama will also be in Colorado on Monday, campaigning in Pueblo and Grand Junction.
