Open letter to my government

Dear Editor:This is an open letter to President Bush and my government:As a parent I’ve always tried to teach my children end-result thinking and now I’m asking you, my government, to do the same and be responsible for how your actions are affecting us, the United States citizens. Please consider:1. Have you provided stability for the U.S. civilians who will be displaced by your closing of our U.S. military bases?2. What is the end result of your outsourcing U.S. jobs and importing persons from other countries to fill the ones that are left?3. We must stabilize our population and resources as well as provide a permanent secure financial base under each American citizen – without exception. Keep it simple.Eloise IlgenCarbondale
