One occupant equals double congestion

Dear Editor: On the way to the airport last Friday there was traffic backed up from town to the ABC. In 99 percent of the cars there was only one person per car. If there were two people per car that would cut the traffic in half.Until the commuters to Aspen make an effort to help reduce the number of cars I see no reason to change the entrance to Aspen. Maybe the city should charge a toll for cars with only one person.Greg HughesAspen
