On the road to recovery
Dear Editor:
Sue Kern and her family wish to express their gratitude for all the sympathies and concerns from her friend in Aspen. She is now in the trauma unit at Swedish Hospital in Denver and is not able to take calls.
Her injuries were extensive and healing will be long and slow, but she is looking forward to a full recovery. In the near future she will be transported to a facility closer to Aspen and will be able to communicate better.
A special thanks to the Aspen Ski Patrol.
Albie and Sue Kern
