Aspen official report: 0″ of new snow overnight, 0″ in the past 48 hours, and 21″ in the past week.

Aspen Times field report: There is actually about an inch of new snow atop Ajax this morning, making it nice and fluffy. With a new storm wave upon us, winds are up and lighting is flat. NIce and warm this morning though!

Liftline status: Solo buckets this AM.

Breakdown: We are calling this (yet another) official powder day. Day 13 of this snowstorm, with more on the way tonight. It is a very warm, wet snow, so take care to stay above the layers if possible when turning.

Snowcast: The Weather Channel is predicting up to 6″ of snow in the next 36 hours, maybe more. Things warm up over the weekend, with high’s near 50. There is a 70% chance of snow next Thursday, so it looks like another wave should arrive just in time for the following weekend.
