VIDEO: Five more days remain in the 2014-15 ski season, but there is still ample buttery corn snow to slush around in up on Aspen Mountain’s west side.

ASPEN TIMES FIELD REPORT: The 1A west side of Ajax is skiing very nicely as of 10:30am or so. Once the sun bakes the snow for a few hours, things get nice and corny up on the hill! Be sure to wear sunscreen, and you can probably ditch the coat for a few runs. It’s warm!
