Old? Look at Harvard
Dear Editor:In [Monday’s] guest opinion, it is stated that the issue of the middle school is not about creating more space, but that the 35-year-old structure is way too old and decrepit and that we need a new school. If this is the case, I would suggest that we take a look at Harvard University or many of the other prestigious institutions in this country. Some of those classrooms are 200 years old, and they have managed to make them work just fine. I guess they are just really smart. Stop the conspicuous consumption. Mike MaroltAspen
