Off-season bus schedule now in effect

The off-season schedule for Roaring Fork Transit Agency bus service begins today.

Buses running up and down the valley will run from 4:35 a.m. until 2:15 a.m. every day. Free city shuttles will run daily from 6:30 a.m. until 2 a.m.

Three of RFTA’s peak-season routes will shut down for the off-season. They include the Woody Creek van, the Galena Street Shuttle and the Aspen Skiing Co. shuttles.

Summer service begins on June 11 with the resumption of the Galena Street Shuttle. The Woody Creek van restarts on June 14. The Music Festival and Design Conference shuttle service begins on June 16, and the Maroon Bells tour bus will crank up its engine on June 19.
