Curt was also an instructor for the Moo Duk Kwan in Aspen for over 30 years. Martial Arts was a very big part of his life and he was one of the best.
Curt started working for the Aspen Skiing Company in the mid 70's on the trail crew. He eventually found his calling as a ski instructor. He loved his job and enjoyed teaching people how to ski. Curt also worked the World Cup and the Winter X Games for many seasons. He was with the Aspen Skiing Company until the day of his passing.
Curt was a member of the Eagles Club. He was President for 2 years. He was very proud to serve the Eagles and he took that role very seriously. He also was a Certified Diving Instructor. Curt loved the military and the men and women who served and who currently serve. He showed his support in any way he could. He especially loved the Navy Seals and would get so excited when he saw the Blue Angels fly. As he would say to his nephew, "Look at that!! It's the Delta Formation"!!
