New charity helping those in need

In celebration of Colorado Nonprofit Week, please let us introduce a new, small-scale, no-frills public charity. DONORDIRECT supports with temporary financial aid those in immediate need of human services; and we support education to prevent health and environmental problems, rather than to repair the damage later.

Thanks to our founders’ commitment to cover our expenses, 100 percent of donors’ money goes directly to the person or project in need.

In the first few months of our operation, we have supported the sick, disabled, homeless, abused, indigent and hungry. We have provided energy efficient light bulbs for senior citizens, and we have sent the latest environmental information to dozens of major libraries across the United States.

Our board is an energetic group dedicated to improving life in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.
