Mystery of Aspen traffic |

Mystery of Aspen traffic

Dear Editor:We have been renting a house on West Smuggler for the past four winters and have noticed a dramatic increase in rush-hour traffic. This traffic drives too fast for conditions and no one seems to know what a stop sign is.I understand that the traffic on the S curves is terrible, but channeling this type of traffic into a residential neighborhood is very dangerous. There seems to be no shortage of brain power in Aspen and it is strange that the Aspen traffic cannot be figured out. Robert PewAsheville N.C. and Aspen
