MountainFilm thanks

Dear Editor:

Thank you to all who supported and attended the Colorado Rocky Mountain School’s presentation of Telluride MountainFilm on Tour this year! These Feb. 8 and 9 screenings of short and feature films were the most successful in the event’s nine-year history at CRMS, raising more than $13,000 for CRMS curricular programs.

MountainFilm’s success is due to a winning combination of thought-provoking films and the generosity of the following sponsors and local contributors who completely underwrote the event, allowing 100 percent of all ticket and concession sales to directly benefit CRMS: Alpine Bank of Carbondale, Bighorn Toyota, HP Geotech, Jacober Brothers Construction, Awesome Blossoms, InPower, Schmueser Gordon Meyer, The Thrift Shop of Aspen, KSNO, PostNet, Climbing Magazine, The Pour House, The Village Smithy, Red Rock Diner, Sopris Surfers, Lynn M. Kirchner ” Amore’, Russets, Eco-Goddess Edibles, Glenwood Veterinary Clinic, Cathie and Davis Farrar, Stevens Group Real Estate Sales and Ace Hardware.
