Pinons owners Rob and Beth Mobilian hosted a summer kickoff at their downtown establishment on Thursday, June 11. The couple opened their dining room and deck as a benefit for Pathfinders, a non-profit organization dedicated to cancer patient support and recovery. Beth is a counselor with Pathfinders, which is located at the Aspen-Basalt Health Care Center in Southside.

Guests arrived stylishly dressed for the fun and festive after-work reception, enjoying hors d’oeuvres from chef Rob’s summer menu and import ed beers and Italian wines from Distinguished Brands International. Dinner tables and chairs were set aside to make a dance floor with beats provided by Aspen mixmaster, DJ Naka G. The upbeat service from Pinons’ wait staff and bartenders made it an especially pleasant evening for a worthy cause.
