The Wine Spot in the Hyatt Grand Aspen has been a hot spot on Friday nights this ski season. Acoustic music from Jes’ Grew at their MLF (‘Man, I Love Fridays’) gig draws a fun crowd of locals each week. Bandmates Cameron Williams, Randolph Turner, Rob Dasaro and Vidi play from 5-9 p.m. while guests enjoy wines by the glass served up by proprietor Seth Hollar and his staff.

In celebration of their winter birthdays, dear friends Sarah Lippincott and Meredith Elwell invited pals to a party at Kenichi on Saturday, Jan. 31. A decade ago, the dynamic duo rang in their 21st birthdays together so it only seemed fitting to reunite for their 31st celebrations. Ever so stylish, the pair requested their friends attend their fiesta festively dressed. DJ Sarah manned the music all night while Meredith made the rounds snapping photos and socializing.

Also that night was a party at Lulu Wilson in honor of Kim Montgomery and Matt Westlund, who were headed off on an adventure. Friends gathered at the hip dinner establishment to toast to the happy pair and wish them well.
