‘Messiah’ returns to Aspen

ASPEN – One of Aspen’s longtime holiday traditions continues this weekend with two presentations of Handel’s “Messiah.”

Behind the production is Ray Adams, director and conductor of the Aspen Choral Society, which will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church.

It’s the 35th year of the presentation.

Last weekend, the Choral Society performed the “Messiah” in Glenwood Springs.
