Merry Christmas to all |

Merry Christmas to all

After a long, hard week of producing huge newspapers, it is time to finally breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy Christmas day ” at least until we have to head into work and put out Friday’s paper.

Nevertheless, we wanted to take a short moment and a small amount of space to wish everyone ” residents and visitors alike ” a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. We have a lot to be thankful for this Christmas, judging by the great snow conditions and the huge crowds out on the streets.

We also have a lot to be thankful for here at The Aspen Times. We’ve undergone a lot of changes here over the past year and believe we’ve made great strides toward making The Times a much better paper. We’re looking forward to continuing that effort in the coming year.

But we couldn’t have accomplished what we have without the support of our readers and local businesses, which have kept us thriving despite the challenging economy. Newspapers wouldn’t exist without the businesses that advertise in them and the readers who support them. For that opportunity, we are eternally thankful.

So, once again, happy holidays from The Times … and thank you.
