Memorial " Morris E. Hollenbaugh
ASPEN ” A memorial service celebrating the life of Morris (Morry) E. Hollenbaugh will take place at 11 a. m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at Christ Episcopal Church at 536 W. North Street in Aspen. A reception will follow in the undercroft of the church.
Hollenbaugh and his wife, Phyllis, lived in Snowmass Village and earlier in Aspen for many years before returning to Ohio in 2006. He was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church, a member of the Aspen Men’s Ecumenical Bible Study, a longtime volunteer at Ashcroft for the Aspen Historical Society, a 10-year volunteer priest-incharge at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Basalt, and a yearly participant in the Fourth of July parade representing veterans.
