Memorial: Martin Mishmash

A memorial service for Aspen native Martin Mishmash will take place at 3 p.m. today at the Historic Mortuary, 1895 Wadsworth in Lakewood. The Rev. Leo Smith will officiate.

Mishmash died Oct. 27 in Arvada. He was born April 13, 1920, in Aspen, to Martin and Rose Mishmash. He attended school in Aspen and after graduation, he joined the Army Air Forces and served 22 years. He retired as a senior master sergeant, having served in World War II and the Korean War. After his discharge from the Air Force, he lived in Denver.

Martin is survived by his wife, Darlene; sister Helen Kralich of Glenwood Springs; niece Andrea Powell of Colorado Springs; nephew Mark Kralich of Glenwood Springs; and two stepsons.
