DENVER ” John McCain plans to hold a town hall meeting Monday in Denver.

The Republican presidential candidate will appear at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in the Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom.

McCain’s campaign said the doors will open to the public at 10 a.m. The meeting will start at noon.

Colorado is considered a possible swing state in this year’s presidential election and has been previously visited by both McCain and Democratic candidate Barack Obama. Both candidates are also running ads in the state, which has mostly voted Republican in presidential races over the last 50 years.
