Margaret Daywalt Hatch

Margaret Daywalt Hatch, 92, died in her sleep Jan. 13, 2010 in Bishop, Calif. She was born in Grand Junction, Colo. and raised at her grandfather Wheatley’s ranch in Snowmass.

She was a longtime resident of Santa Monica, Calif., where she raised her four children.

Margie was an engineer’s assistant at Douglas Aircraft Co. and an accomplished artist. She took great delight in her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She will rest with her husband, John Clough Hatch, at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery overlooking Point Loma, Calif.
