Many kinds of undocumented

Dear Editor:

Questions: Should city of Aspen prosecute undocumented taxi driver Phil Sullivan any more vigorously than it does other undocumented workers around here (“City seeks to road block the driver of ‘bandit taxi,'” March 12)? Isn’t there a statute or something on the books called “illegal selective prosecution?” I’m an open borders advocate, so don’t take this the wrong way, but do you suppose the city would get off Phil’s back about driving his free taxi if he just got out from behind the wheel and let an undocumented worker from another country drive the thing?
