Man dies in snowboarding accident at Keystone

FRISCO, Colo. – Authorities say a 24-year-old Florida man was killed in a snowboarding accident on an intermediate run at Keystone resort in Colorado.
The Summit County coroner’s office says ski patrol found Joshua B. Allen, of Tampa, Fla., in the trees at about 11 a.m. Sunday. He was flown to a Lakewood hospital, where he died.
The coroner’s office says the man was wearing a helmet but died of serious facial injuries and brain trauma.
