Making a difference for children

Dear Editor:

The Buddy Program staff is on cloud nine after our annual celebration dinner, held on Thursday, Nov. 6, at the St. Regis Hotel. Over 200 Big and Little Buddies and their families attended to feast, dance and say thank you to the amazing volunteers, board members and national council members who make our organization so incredible!

Thank you to Rebecca Steffen and Ales Seidl at the St. Regis for making the night go smoothly. Thank you to DJ Dylan and Mike for keeping the dance party going. Penny and everyone at Kidtoons provided great entertainment and decorations. Finally, thank you to ALL of our volunteer Big Buddies who make our community a better place by giving their time to make a difference in a child’s life. We salute you and appreciate all that you do!
