Magazine notes Residences at Little Nell

The Residences at Little Nell, the luxury residence hotel under construction at the base of Aspen Mountain, wins a mention in the Robb Report magazine’s 18th annual “Best of the Best” edition.With the Residences at Little Nell, “fractional ownership reaches its peak at the foot of Aspen,” according to the publication dedicated to the luxury lifestyle.Owners at the Residences at Little Nell “will be just a few ski-boot strides away from the resort,” says the Robb Report, which describes the services, amenities and richly appointed residences – “interiors promise to rival those of the finest Aspen homes” – available to buyers.”They will be the largest fractional-ownership residences in town and, at $1.425 million to $2.25 million per share, the most expensive in the industry,” the magazine notes.”Rarely do you see a publication like Robb Report designate such an award to a project that has yet to advertise within their publication,” said R.J. Gallagher, managing director of marketing and sales for the fractional hotel, in a news release. He chalked up the recognition to the sales success of the project, among other factors.The magazine’s “Best of the Best” covers 58 categories on the latest offerings from the international luxury market. The issue that includes the local fractional hotel is on newsstands now.The Residences at Little Nell will include 26 three- and four-bedroom suites for sale in one-eighth fractional shares. The hotel is under construction slopeside along the lower Little Nell run and the Silver Queen Gondola.
