Looking for lost generators

Dear Editor:

Aspen, as you probably know, was either the first or one of the first towns (or cities) in the West to have electricity, quite noteworthy.

Aspen’s generators were in the original power plant now known as the Art Museum, and the generators were dispersed who knows where. But I would like to know because Nick DeWolf wanted to give one or two to the mining museum but he died before he was able to, and I would like to fulfill that wish and am being helped by a water department person and a Red Ant helper; however, we could use more help in generating this fulfillment.

Maggie DeWolf
