The Aspen Elks Lodge #224 has partnered with Challenge Aspen to serve over 60 meals so far this winter to military veterans from all over the country. Peggy Briscoe, who along with Diane Spicer, ER, heads up the Veterans Committee at the Aspen Elks, said they expect to serve about 100 meals before year end.“We can never do enough to thank these heroes for their service,” she said.
