Local company thanks locals

Dear Editor:

As one of the founders of High Society Freeride Company, I am writing to thank our entire community in Aspen, Snowmass and downvalley for the outstanding support you have given to our locally grown company.

We began this past year with nothing more than a few friends, a small loan and a passion for skiing, snowboarding and, of course, our mountains. With help from our newspapers, businesses and the Aspen Skiing Company, our product line has expanded from snowboards and T-shirts to our own line of skis and clothing, bringing new opportunities to showcase this amazing place we call home.
