This year marks the fourth consecutive five-star designation for The Little Nell hotel in Aspen.The hotel has received the coveted designation in the 1999 Mobil Travel Guide.Considered one of the most sought-after titles in the realm of hospitality, only 27 North American hotels were given the five-star distinction by Mobil this year.”It is a privilege to have once again received the Mobil five-star award,” said Eric Calderon, vice president and general manager of The Little Nell. “This is a tribute to our great staff, whose dedication and enthusiasm are entirely responsible for this honor.”Since its opening in 1989, The Little Nell has received numerous honors, including the American Automobile Association Five Diamond award every year since 1992, and also a recent induction into the Relais & Chateaux. The Relais & Chateaux is an association of small, luxury inns around the world.
