Liquor license granted for new restaurant at Willits
Aspen, CO Colorado
BASALT – Bee and Piew Loon “Paul” Poh, on behalf of ALPB Poh Inc., received a liquor license from Basalt officials Tuesday night for a new restaurant in Willits Town Center.
The Pohs bought the former Crave space at Willits and will open an establishment called Bee’s Kitchen. They said they intend to open in Basalt by June 28. They have owned and operated Poppycock’s in Aspen for 20 years, they said.
Bee’s Kitchen will initially be open for dinner only. Bee Poh promised they will eventually bring their famous oatmeal pancakes to Basalt.
