Light speed

Dear Editor:

Rented a room in Carmel, look forward to co-creative opportunities. Took a ride on my bike to Lovers Point passing by saw the “Priscilla,” a yacht for sale. Thought that would be cool … could buy it … make a nice house boat. Could dock it in the Mojave Desert. Wait for the rising tide … like Noah, man!

Lunchtime when I arrived at Lovers Point sprawling with people pausing for a moment picking my, “Boogie’s.” Whoops!!! Wrong town – that is in Aspen, Colorado. Rocky Mountain high … sunshine on my shoulders always makes me high. Yeah …!

A pregnant woman passes by … thought to myself … Lovers Point. Wow, that was fast, lovers. Makes me think where did we come from? A funny thing about these humans – they’re always going some place like to the moon. Would have been a really kind gesture if they stuck an Earth flag while visiting on Grand Mama Moon. Thanking her for the reflections of moonlight love.

Humans … they make up these silly phrase like, “You are nobody till somebody loves you.” What if you love yourself – does that count for anything? You know what I mean, star beings? So many animal totems to be. Like … I am a Crystal Blue Monkey Star in the Mayan calendar from Heart Star Constellation, second star from the right than light speed ’til the morning light fills the sky. We be flying the friendly skies of infinite possibilities.

So “from here to infinity” … have a Buddhaful Day, brothers and sisters of the stars.
