Let the battle begin

Dear Editor:With regard to past-politico Frank Peters’ latest public attack on Tim Semrau (letters to the editor, March 15), I have a suggestion. Perhaps all of the toadies comprising Mick’s Machine, Semrau’s Soldiers and Pretty Boy’s posse might consider refraining from their transparent stooging, and allow this year’s election to be a war of words and ideas between the candidates themselves. Mick and Tim’s recent electorate diddling over the future of Aspen’s “affordable” housing program appears to be a good opening battle.One more thing: class warfare or not, equating a politician to his or her Porsche is most certainly insulting to Porsches everywhere … Rick JonesAspen
