Lemonade for a cause

Dear Editor:This Fourth of July there were loads of hot, thirsty and very generous folks who donated to the Challenge Aspen lemonade stand. I’d like to thank each and every person who put from 25 cents to $100 into the jar! The delicious lemonade was donated by Paradise Bakery. Other supportive businesses were US Bank, the Cantina, Bonnie’s Restaurant, Chalet Lisl Lodge and the Ute Mountaineer.Many helpful (and hearty!) individuals were there for set-up, serving, hauling ice, transporting jugs, and moving coolers. Proceeds benefit Challenge Aspen – “Making possibilities for people with disabilities.”Thanks to all!Jenifer BlomquistAspen
