Kerry will drag Dems down
Having lived and worked in Massachusetts all of my life, and for all 75 years had an interest in Massachusetts politics, I suffer to see Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts struggle to remake a record of 20 years in the U.S. Senate.
Sen. Kerry has the list of job statistics from the state of Ohio at his fingertips, but no mention of the lost jobs in Massachusetts. More than any other reason for the massive loss of jobs in this country is the actions of the U.S. Senate over the last decade. John Kerry sat in the Senate during this period.
In the rush to nominate a candidate as soon as possible, Sen. Kerry won out over nine candidates, none of whom had much, if any, organization in any other state but their own.
My forecast for the upcoming Democrat vs. Republican election is that the Democratic Party will realize, long before the election, that Sen. Kerry will be a drag rather than a winner in November.
