Ken McCaskill IV

A memorial service for Ken McCaskill IV, who died July 3, will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, at 700 E. Bleeker St. in Aspen.

McCaskill was born Feb. 4, 1952, in Niagra Falls, N.Y. He graduated as an honor student from Lewiston-Parker High School in Youngstown, N.Y. He attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., where he studied architecture and theater. He was also an Eagle Scout.

McCaskill was a longtime volunteer with the 24 Hours of Aspen race.

He is survived by his parents, Audrey and Kenneth McCaskill of Lewiston, N.Y.; and sister Mary McCaskill of Harrisonburg, Va.

There will also be a memorial service at the church he attended in Lewiston.
