Junior golfer Jack Hughes wins at Windsor

Junior golfer Jack Hughes is on a roll.

Hughes, the junior player from Snowmass Village, dominated last weekend to win the Rocky Mountain Junior Golf Tournament at Windsor.

He won the Highland Meadows Playoff tournament by a whopping 10 strokes over the second-place competitor in the two-day tournament at Highland Meadows Golf Course.

Hughes shot 78-80—158 for his 10-stroke margin of victory in the boys 13-14 division.

Playing conditions were challenging for the juniors with rain and gusty winds.

The victory was the second in a row for the Aspen junior golfer.

Hughes also played on the Aspen High School golf team last fall.
