He was born on Sept. 16, 1970, in Shakopee, Minn., to Michael Neil Shaurette and Jolie Beth Nelson. He lived in the valley for six years.

Jeremy was a talented musician, and his love for his family and friends was only surpassed by his generosity. Everyone who knew him loved him unconditionally.

He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Meyers-Shaurette; his fiancee, Erika Sullivan and her son, Orion Mount; and his goddaughter, Maggie Seldeen.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Mountain View Church, with Pastor Dave Pierson officiating. Interment was at Rosebud Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
