Aspen Country Day School’s offseason fundraiser, Jeans and Jewels, took place last Friday evening at Elk Mountain Lodge.

Rightfully billed as “Aspen’s coolest offseason party ever,” the festivities featured silent and live auctions; drinks and dinner; comedy by Greg Behrendt, the author of “He’s Just Not That Into You”; and dancing to a DJ from Miami’s Pawn Shop Lounge.

Most of the women were decked out in their finest designer denim and sparkly jewelry; many of the men wore Western attire. Teachers and faculty, along with parents and patrons of the school, came together in celebration of education. All proceeds from the event will go to Aspen Country Day programs and operations.
