Ittner is fair and patient

Dear Editor:

Having known him a long time, I know Rob Ittner has the temperament for public office. I’m glad he’s decided to run.

However much Ann Owsley may suspect his “cynicism” and “agenda,” there’s nothing spooky about Rob. So relax, Ann.

Through all our dealings I’ve admired his fairness, and patience with opposition. He communicates well, and listens respectfully. He hears what you say, and thinks things through.

Yet he’s managed to do an awful lot, and very well.

These are not minor virtues for an office-holder. So I’m going with the new guy. My vote’s with Rob.
